GANTRY SYSTEMS
JAKS designs and integrates modular, servo-driven gantry systems for reliable palletizing and material handling across large work areas. Each system can be configured around the required payload, working envelope, gripper, pallet types and production-line layout.
For palletizing applications, a single gantry can serve multiple production lines and pick empty pallets directly from one or more pallet stacks. This can eliminate the need for a separate pallet destacker and empty-pallet conveyance system; reducing equipment, transfer points and valuable floor-space requirements.
ROBOTICS
We possess extensive expertise in constructing and commissioning robotic work cells across a spectrum of complexities. Our proficiency spans from fundamental tasks like palletizing, machine tending, and welding to intricate vision-guided multi-robot work cells.
Moreover, we boast hands-on experience collaborating with an extensive array of renowned robot brands, including Yaskawa/Motoman, Omron, Kawasaki, Mitsubishi, and Universal Robots.
AUTOMATION
Not every automation challenge is best solved with a robot or standard machine. JAKS develops custom automation systems that combine PLC controls, servo motion, conveyors, tooling and integrated equipment to solve application-specific production challenges.
